Denise Hamill brings over 10 years of consulting experience to her role in Business Development. She is most passionate about orchestrating the process to evaluate a successful plan of action to add top talent to an organization. Denise strives to cultivate relationships with her candidates to ensure the most successful benchmarking with their career endeavors.
Denise is the founder of Run 4 a Cause... Our Kids, which has raised over 60k to benefil the Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital. She is truly committed to giving back to children’s programs in the community.

Jennifer has over 14 years experience in Human Resources and Compliance in various industries in the public, private and non-profit sectors. She has also lived and worked in Chicago, IL, San Jose, CA during the dot com craze, Nome, AK, and Ghana Africa with exposure to diverse cultures and populations.
She attained her MA in Human Resources Development from WMU in 2010 with a focus on Workplace Learning and Performance. The exposure to these various environments coupled with her education gives her unique insight both in working with clients and candidates. She loves learning about people's experiences and her passion is to connect people with the next step of their journey.

Andrea has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources and IT in both consulting and in-house positions, working mostly in the Chicago area. She has now returned to her Grand Rapids area roots working in her role as a recruiting consultant. In her spare time, she coaches little league softball and teaches yoga to children.
After receiving her B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame with an M.I.S. focus, she continued her education in Chicago. She earned an M.S. in Human Resources from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and an M.B.A. with concentrations in Management and Organizational Behavior, HR Management, and Statistics and Econometrics from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. Her unique mix of education and experience allows her to really understand her clients’ needs and their business. She loves providing that bridge for others to connect and relishes the opportunity to help someone further his or her career.
