Our client, a diversified communications provider, is currently seeking a Web Developer to tap into their creativity side to design and develop dynamic websites to suit the needs of their clients worldwide.
The Web Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to take inspiration and turn it into a powerful website that not only meets the objectives set by their clients but also tells a story of their organization and products. The Web Developer will also be responsible for bringing innovation, managing multiple projects simultaneously and thinking outside of the box when it comes to optimization, managing enhancements, and new product ideas. In addition, they’ll be responsible for ensuring all projects are completed in a timely manner and are 100% concise.
The ideal candidate will have experience in web design/development, specifically utilizing HTML and JavaScript technologies. The Web Designer must have demonstrated creative abilities in problem solving along with the ability to communicate outside of the technical world.
Requirements:
* An Associate’s degree in related discipline is required; however a Bachelor’s degree is preferred
* Knowledge and/or experience with Adobe Creative Suite (including Flash and content management)
* Experience (1-3 years) of ASP.Net development for web-based applications
* Experience (1-3 years) of object-oriented design and programming
* Working knowledge of .Net Framework and SQL
* Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Experience improving processes
* Strong portfolio with demonstrated experience to design inspiring, innovative, stimulating, ingenious and artistic websites
Additional knowledge and/or experience with AJAX, SilverLight, Adobe Flex or XHTML would be a bonus!
